• Send four scheduled template messages to your guests:

• • Booking confirmation
  • Message during their stay to check up on the guest
  • Check out instruction message – where to leave the keys, etc.
  • Message requesting guest to leave you a review

REMOTE TASKS PACKAGE

For 10% of the Gross Monthly income, StayHere will provide the following Services:

StayHere will handle all your tedious day-to-day tasks remotely. This package is suitable for existing hosts who still want to be involved with hosting but want to reduce the time and workload it takes. This is also great for those who want to increase occupancy rates and bookings by listing your property on other websites such as booking.com and StayHere’s website.

Includes all services in the Automated Package plus:

• Live messaging with your guests
• Registering your guests by email with the building administration
• Syncing calendars across multiple platforms including Airbnb, booking.com, and Stayhere’s website
