What is included in a corporate residence?
A Grade A residence furnished and styled to your brief, water, internet and cable, a monthly electricity allowance, weekly housekeeping, linen and supplies, and repairs. Everything sits on one monthly invoice, with one named contact for your HR team and your assignee.

In BGC, Makati and Ortigas, across Metro Manila. We shortlist buildings that fit your assignee’s office, budget and household.
How quickly can a residence be ready?
Your assignee can move in 2 to 4 weeks after you confirm, once the residence is fitted out to your brief.
What is the minimum stay?
Six months. The 6-month prepayment that confirms the residence covers that period.
How does payment work?
A 6-month prepayment confirms the residence and funds the fit-out. It is non-refundable. After that, you receive one monthly invoice for every residence you hold with us.
Do your rates include VAT?
No. Rates are quoted before 12% VAT.
Is electricity included?
Yes, up to a monthly allowance of ₱6,000 for a one bedroom, ₱8,000 for a two bedroom and ₱10,000 for a three bedroom. Use above the allowance is billed at cost.
Can we choose how the residence is furnished?
Yes. We agree the furnishing style with you before the fit-out starts.
What support do residents get?
A named contact Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and an emergency line at any hour for leaks, lockouts and power failures.
Is parking available?
Yes, on request, at an added monthly rate.
